High Protein Crepés

Ingredients:
• ½ cup True Taste Pancake Mix (any flavour)
• ½ cup egg whites
Directions:
1. Preheat your pan to medium–medium high heat and lightly oil it.
2. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix and egg whites until smooth.
3. Pour batter into the preheated pan, tilting to spread evenly into a thin layer.
4. Cook 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
5. Flip and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
6. Cool on a rack for 2 minutes.
7. Top, roll, and enjoy with your favourite fillings — sweet or savoury!
