Tropical Chia Pudding Protein Pancakes 🥞🥝
A simple, nourishing breakfast packed with protein, fibre, omega-3 fats, and ingredients that help support a calmer, more regulated nervous system.
Chia Pudding Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 5 tbsp cup almond milk (use this one)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Pancake Ingredients
- 1 serving True Taste Cafe Vanilla Protein Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup Egg whites
Toppings
- Chopped kiwi
- Fresh mango
Directions
- In a small container, mix together the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well and let sit for a few hours, preferably overnight, until thickened.
- Cook the True Taste Cafe Vanilla Protein Pancakes with egg whites for 2–4 minutes per side until golden and fluffy.
- Top pancakes with the chia pudding, chopped kiwi, and fresh mango.
Savoury Protein Breakfast Waffle 🧇🍳
A balanced savoury breakfast with protein, healthy fats, fibre, and minerals that help support stable energy, blood sugar, and nervous system function throughout the day.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup True Taste Cafe Buttery Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1/2 cup Egg whites
- 4 Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
Directions
- Scramble the egg and spinach together in a frying pan and cook through.
- Cook 1 cup of the True Taste Cafe Buttery Mix with egg whites in a waffle maker until golden and crispy.
- Top the waffle with the scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
