These Bone Broth Collagen Pancakes are one of my favourite ways to make breakfast feel comforting while still supporting protein intake, recovery, and stable energy throughout the morning.
They’re soft, fluffy, naturally sweet, and made with simple ingredients that actually leave you feeling good after eating them.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 cup True Taste Cafe Vanilla Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 scoop chocolate bone broth collagen (use this brand)
Toppings
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Maple syrup
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, True Taste Cafe Vanilla Protein Pancake Mix, and bone broth collagen until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter into pancakes and cook for 2–4 minutes per side until golden and fluffy.
- Top with coconut flakes and a drizzle of maple syrup.
