Instead, I found “healthy” foods packed with gums, fillers, seed oils, and ingredients I couldn’t even pronounce.
In my twenties, I was constantly bloated, exhausted, barely sleeping, and wondering why my body felt like it was working against me. Then doctors told me I would struggle to have children.
