Gluten Free, dairy free gingersnap cookies packed with cozy ginger-molasses flavor for the holidays,
Made with simple ingredients and True Taste Cafe "Buttery" Grain Free pancake mix, these cookies come together in minutes and deliver that nostalgic, fresh-from-the-oven warmth without any of the allergens.
yield : makes 20 cookies
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream together: ¼ cup butter( or 1/8 c coconut oil to make recipe Dairy Free), 1 egg, ⅓ cup sugar, ⅛ cup molasses.
3. Mix dry ingredients: 1¼ cups TTC Buttery Grain-Free Mix, ½ tsp cinnamon, ½ Tbsp ginger.
4. Add dry → wet.
5. Roll ½ Tbsp dough portions into balls, coat in cinnamon sugar (3 Tbsp sugar mixed with 1 Tbsp cinnamon).
6. Bake 10 min @ 350°F.
7. Cool 10 min + enjoy 🤎✨
