This recipe makes 2–3 large servings
INGREDIENTS
1 cup True Taste Cafe Vanilla Protein Mix
1 medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
½ cup Water
STEPS
Add True Taste Cafe Vanilla Protein Mix to a bowl and set aside. In a high-speed blender, add Carrot, Cardamom, Ricotta and Water. Mix on high until smooth and carrot is fully incorporated. Pour over True Taste Cafe Vanilla Protein Mix and whisk together until combined.
Heat frying pan or waffle iron. Spritz with Avocado or Coconut Oil to prevent sticking. Pour 3–4 ounces over hot pan and cook 2–4 minutes, flipping once OR heat waffles until golden brown. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Try topping with feta cheese, raw pumpkin seeds, maple syrup and sliced figs.
