Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Recipe: Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cups True Taste Cafe Vanilla Protein Mix
1 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp melted unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (or your favourite dairy free alternative)
2 tbsp almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*Avocado oil for cooking pancakes*
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix water, and pancake mix together
2. In a small mixing bowl mix butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon together
3. Grease a frying pan with avocado oil
4. Spoon pancake batter into pancakes on frying pan. Swirl cinnamon mixture on top.
5. Cook each side 2-4 minutes.
6. Place pancakes on a plate
7. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, almond milk and vanilla. Drizzle overtop of pancakes and enjoy!
