Overview
The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of ready-made waffles and waffle/pancake mixes and intends to expand its reach for recognition and sales; the Affiliate is a recognized personality and in a position of influence providing reviews and advocating the products.
The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Affiliate shall perform promotion services in connection with company through the email and social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, youtube,  Pinterest, among others.

Compensation Agreement
The Affiliate shall receive 10% commission of total sales purchased through their affiliate discount code valid at True Taste Cafe's online shop.
The Affiliate shall be paid as a contractor. Commissions earned will be paid monthly.

Product Ownership
The affiliate agrees to not subject any free products provided for resale. 
Copyright
The copyright of the works created by the affiliate shall transfer to the Company. The Company shall have all the rights to reproduce or re-advertise the works created by the affiliate after the termination of this Agreement.

Confidentiality
The Parties to this Agreement may not disclose to any third party, the use of the works engaged by the Affiliate with the Company without the other party's written consent. Neither party may sell, nor disclose with any third party any proprietary or con􀀁dential information acquired by them in the course of their engagement with the other, without the written consent of
the other party.

The Affiliate agrees to return to company all confidential documents, records, or any information owned by the company upon the termination of the Agreement. In case of failure to return the confidential documents, records, or information, the Affiliate shall notify the Company and shall agree on how such information shall be disposed or returned to the Company.

Period and Termination
This Contract shall remain effective and enforceable for a period of 1 year, beginning on the date of this agreement up until the year thereafter, unless prematurely terminated by either party. After 1 year the affilliate can re-apply to the affiliate program.
Should any party decide to terminate this Agreement prior the date of maturity, the party shall notify the other at least thirty (30) days prior the termination date.
If ambassador discount codes are dormant for 120 days during the 1 year period, the company shall de-activate codes and ambassador can reapply to the program. 

Separability clause
Should any of the provisions of this agreement be held invalid by any competent court, the same shall apply only to the said provision and the remaining provisions hereof shall remain valid and enforceable.

Agreement Modification
No modification or alteration of this contract shall be considered as having been made unless otherwise executed in writing and duly signed by the parties hereto.
